Through rigorous training Operators develop a profound sense of discipline – the discipline to do hard things, set productive habits, and establish daily routines that are essential to achieving long-term goals.

LEADERSHIP

Operators raise the bar by excelling in high-stakes situations, accepting responsibility, and holding themselves accountable in ways that motivate the teams and individuals they lead.

SOLVING

Operators approach problems with a strategic, eye-on-the-prize mindset. They learn to dissect complex issues, identify effective solutions, and unlock new opportunities in even the most stressful and challenging situations.

MENTAL
TOUGHNESS

Operators are trained in psychological resilience, learning to handle stress effectively, stay calm under pressure, and maintain a positive outlook in even the most difficult situations.

DIVERSE
EXPERIENCES

Whether fighting on the front-lines or negotiating inside a boardroom, Operators approach the situation with an open-minded, always-learning attitude honed in real-world experience and high-level training.
